Described as the ideal hybrid between “working in your living room, at a cafe, and renting an office,” our coworking space gives you the casual atmosphere you need to be creative, the collaborative energies of working with others, and the office facilities needed to run a business.

Rates

Rates are tiered to accommodate a variety of work styles and participation levels. Use what you need. All rates listed are tentative, and subject to space (we’re negotiating now!) and availability.

Full-Time – $250/mo (*)

A full time member enjoys access to all the facility has to offer. They can access the space any time, 24 hours a day, and be there as often as they want or need. A full timer will have a permanent desk where they can secure their tools and equipment. This membership class also has the added benefit of 5 guest passes (“day passes”) per month that they can distribute to friends or coworkers.

Part-Time – $180/mo (*)

A part-time member differs from a full-time member in a couple of important ways. A part-time member doesn’t have a permanent (dedicated) workstation; it’s expected that a part-timer will come in and find a space to work at an open desk or on a couch. If you need to set up gear and leave it in place, you’ll probably be more interested in a full-time space. But for telecommuters and web workers with minimal physical gear, this is a great lower-cost alternative to a full-time membership. A part-time membership includes 2 guest passes (“day passes”) per month.

Guests – $15/day (*)

Guests can be invited by a member using one of their gifted day passes or a day pass can be purchased. A pass is good for a single business day. Guests enjoy the same privileges as a part time member while they are present. They do not, however, have a permanent mail stop or other features that are specific to ongoing relationships with the space.

Special Accommodations

We also have two private offices available, ideal for small multi-person startups or small businesses who need a private space with a lockable door. Please contact us for special rates / multi-member packages.
